A cozy, neutral, modern rustic photography studio located in Downtown Dayton

As a photographer who used hourly studio rentals for several years before opening my own studio, I know what photographers need and hope to be a stepping stone in helping you grow your business by providing you with a beautiful studio to use with your clients.

The Four Acres Photography studio is located in Downtown Dayton in a secure building on the 4th floor.  There's a call box to use with your clients when they arrive so you can buzz them in without having to go down to the front door.  There's also an elevator, so no worries about anyone who can't go up and down stairs.  It's also air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter! The temperature is always regulated so you never have to worry about it being too cold or too hot.  The studio is 375 square feet, with one whole wall of windows with white sheers.  There's beautiful natural light that floods the space almost all day.  One wall is white brick and the other walls are painted white, which keeps the space light and neutral.  The front half is set up as a client lounge with a sofa, chair, desk, and 50 inch TV.  This is where I have my client consultations and ordering appointments, and you're free to use that area as well! 

The studio will be set up for the holidays beginning Nov 13 through Dec 31.
